State Treasurer Todd Russ is a dedicated public servant and experienced financial leader with deep roots in rural Oklahoma. Todd has spent his career serving Oklahoma through banking, business, and public service. Before being elected State Treasurer, he enjoyed a successful career in banking, including serving as a bank President and CEO. He served 13 years in the State House of Representatives where he had a 100% pro-life voting record, a 100% Farm Bureau voting record, received an “A” rating and was endorsed by the NRA and OK2A.
Todd is a fourth-generation resident of Western Oklahoma. He brings a strong work ethic shaped by his upbringing on his family’s farm and ranch. He even paid his way through college working as a construction welder. A licensed pilot, he’s a man of many talents and a lifelong learner.
Todd is a devoted Christian and family man. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Khristy, for 42 years. They live in Cordell and are members of New Beginnings Assembly of God. Khristy is a 20-year veteran public school teacher. She currently owns and operates a title and closing company. Todd and Khristy have three grown children and seven grandchildren.
